Our Story
The Tradition
Continues
Mickey Milligans was founded in 1997 by Gerry and Sherry Shepherd. Being a long time avid pool player, it had always been Gerry's dream to one day own a billiard room.
After spending a long and successful career in the United States Marine Corps. Gerry and Sherry finally settled down in Havelock, NC with their two children, Kayla and Garret, and was able to pursue his dream. The Mickey Milligans Billiards and Pub was born!
Now, after 25 years of success, growth and incredible memories along the way, the next generation of ownership is underway.
In January of 2023, Kayla and her husband Jacob took ownership with aims to continue the tradition of Milligans and all of its heritage and history. With that they aim to build community by bringing people together, endless fun and an atmosphere that is a hub for relaxing, friendship and good times.
